When processing each steel plate, the dimensions of the first steel pallet must be checked to prevent dimensional abnormalities.

6  Steel pallet hoisting and transfer

Electromagnetic chucks are used for hoisting, and the entire package is hoisted using high-strength nylon straps to avoid scratches.

7  Pallet straightening and leveling

Specialized leveling machines straighten steel pallets, which can eliminate residual stress to the greatest extent and improve the flatness of the steel pallets.

8  Thickness and flatness inspection after straightening

9 Grinding the edges of the steel pallet

The sharp edges of each steel pallet are ground to 0.3-0.5mm to prevent scratches on personnel and wear on equipment.

10   Steel pallets are sprayed with anti-rust oil and packed.

Special rust-preventive oil that neither corrodes the  surface nor causes the steel pallet to rust. Wrapped in a transparent film to protect from rain during transport.

11    Packaging and Stacking

The package is made of slotted, insect-proof wooden pallets and high-strength steel straps, with each package weighing ≤3.5 tons. Each package is separated by wooden blocks, ensuring safety and reliability while facilitating forklift operation.
